Return & Refund Policy
We truly hope you love your Kitty van Coesant piece. Each item is crafted with care and intention.
Product Accuracy & Color Representation
We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and individual devices.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any claims regarding product description, color discrepancies, damage, manufacturing defects, or other issues must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery by email or through the messenger box on our webshop. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 4 working days of receiving your order and include the reason for your request.
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, free from perfume, odors, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of use, and returned with all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a reduction in value if an item shows signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Items returned without prior notification or outside the stated notification period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@kittyvancoesant.com or through the messenger box on our webshop. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.

Return the item within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval and a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You may arrange your own return shipment, or we can arrange a DHL collection service on your behalf. The cost for this service will be deducted from your refund:
• Within Europe: €35
• Outside Europe: €60
International Returns (Outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, all shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any return import charges incurred when the parcel re-enters Spain will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that these costs vary by country and customs regulations and therefore cannot be calculated in advance.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees incurred by Kitty van Coesant in relation to the shipment and return of the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original piece.
Your refund will be processed once the original item has been received and approved.

Orders over €500 ship free; however, if items from a free-shipping order are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

International Returns (Outside Europe)
For shipments outside Europe, we cover import duties at checkout.
However, if the order is returned, any import duties and shipping costs paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
(These amounts vary depending on your country’s customs policies.)
Pre-Orders, Bosque Árbol Pieces, Sale & Discounted Items
- Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.
- Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable.
- Bosquearbol pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. As these are unique, one-of-a-kind creations, we are unable to accept returns on these items.
- If you have any questions regarding measurements, fit, details, or any other aspect of a Bosquearbol piece, we are happy to assist and provide additional information before purchase.
- Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In-stock full-price items may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
As a small independent maison, every piece is created and handled with great care. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Import Duties & Taxes
We cover import duties and taxes for regular full-price orders.
Please note: for all discounted, sale, outlet, or promotional items, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
By purchasing a discounted item, the customer accepts these terms.
