Return & Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

Offcourse we hop you will love your purchase! But if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective.

Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be shipped within four business days of receiving your order.
• Original tags must be attached and intact.
• For gift returns, please include the purchaser’s name.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at info@kittyvancoesant.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us.

⚠ IMPORTANT: Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we will process your refund within three business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original item. We will refund the returned item once received, and process the new order separately.

Shipping Costs & Refund Deductions

• We ship exclusively via insured courier services, which may have higher costs than standard postal shipping.
• For orders over €500, shipping is free. However, if you return an item from a free-shipping order, the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs charges.
• Please keep a record of your tracking number and proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

Returns for Discounted, Pre-Order & Custom Items

• Custom orders and pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. Deposits for custom orders cannot be refunded. As a small business, we cannot afford to produce custom pieces without commitment.
• Stock items can be returned within four business days.
• Sale items and discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
