Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! However, please allow up to three business days for processing before dispatch.

All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS with tracking. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

Refund & Return Policy

The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes incurred are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs charges.
Please keep your return tracking number and proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

Custom & Pre-Order Lead Time

Custom and pre-order items require careful craftsmanship and may take 4 to 12 weeks for production. Please double-check the estimated production time on the product page before placing your order.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Delivery time varies by destination but typically takes 3 to 7 days.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

International Orders & Customs

For orders outside Europe, please note that import/customs charges may apply.
VAN COESANT DESIGN SL does not cover customs fees.
